Strengthening creativity, youth engagement, and international cooperation through Erasmus+.
Oulun Arctic Tigers Ry (OAT) was proudly represented by our active member and youth mentor, Md Azmir Alam, at the international Erasmus+ training course “Creative Training for Non-Creative Youth Workers 3.0,” held from 10–18 October 2026 in Jastrzębia Góra, Poland.
The nine-day training brought together youth workers from different European countries to explore creative approaches to youth work, exchange experiences, and develop new skills for engaging young people.
Learning Beyond Borders
The training provided an international learning environment where participants could explore creative methods, collaborate with fellow youth workers, and exchange ideas about engaging young people in meaningful activities.
For Azmir, the programme offered an opportunity to learn from different perspectives, build connections with international participants, and explore approaches that could inspire future activities within Oulun Arctic Tigers Ry.
Bringing New Ideas to Our Community
At OAT, we believe that learning and personal development are essential parts of building an active and inclusive community.
Azmir’s participation reflects our commitment to supporting members in developing their skills, exploring international opportunities, and contributing to community activities.
We hope that the ideas, experiences, and connections gained through this training will help us introduce new approaches to our local initiatives, particularly those involving young people, creativity, teamwork, and intercultural learning.
Creating More Opportunities for Young People
Oulun Arctic Tigers Ry aims to encourage more members to participate in international training, youth exchanges, and other learning opportunities.
Through programmes such as Erasmus+, young people and youth workers can connect across borders, share experiences, develop practical skills, and contribute to their communities.
Azmir’s participation represents another step towards expanding our organisation’s engagement in international youth work and cooperation.
Congratulations, Azmir!
We congratulate Md Azmir Alam on representing Oulun Arctic Tigers Ry in Poland and thank him for his enthusiasm and commitment to personal and community development.
We look forward to seeing how his experiences and new ideas can contribute to our future activities.
Together, We are Stronger!
